Terms of Service | Cadonizer

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cadonizer application, website, and all related tools, features and services ("Services"). By using Cadonizer, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Cadonizer is an event-planning and inspiration platform offering tools including:

Event & party organization
Guest list & RSVP system
Invitations & digital E-Cards
Wishlist & gift ideas
Budget & task management
Vendor Finder (connecting users with service providers)
Community feed for posting images, videos, and ideas
AI assistant "Cadobot"
Storage of images, data, and ideas
Notifications via in-app and push

Cadonizer is not an event organizer, not a vendor, and not a contractual party in agreements between users and vendors.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

provide accurate information
keep your login data secure
not share your account with others

We may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Age Requirements

Cadonizer may only be used by:

individuals 16 years or older in jurisdictions under the GDPR
individuals under 16 only with parental consent

We delete accounts created without required consent.

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Cadonizer may offer paid features, such as:

Premium subscriptions
Vendor boosts / visibility upgrades
Additional features for professionals
Printing of E-Cards via Gelato (external payment)

All payments are handled exclusively through:

Apple App Store
Google Play Store

Cadonizer does not store or process payment details. Cancellations must be done in the respective app store.

6. Vendor Services

Cadonizer enables vendors to showcase their services. Vendors are independent contractors.

Cadonizer:

does not verify vendor quality
is not responsible for vendor availability, pricing, communication, or delivery
is not involved in contracts between users and vendors

We may offer paid promotional tools ("Boosts") to improve vendor visibility.

Vendor-specific conditions are additionally covered in the Vendor Terms.

7. Cadobot (AI Assistant)

Cadobot is powered by the OpenAI API.

7.1 How Cadobot Works

User inputs may be processed by OpenAI to generate answers.

7.2 Transmission to Third Parties

By using Cadobot, you consent to data being transmitted to OpenAI (USA) for processing.

7.3 No Professional Advice

Cadobot does not provide:

legal advice
medical advice
financial advice
guaranteed event-planning accuracy

All suggestions are non-binding.

7.4 User Responsibility

You agree not to provide:

sensitive personal data
confidential information
health or financial data

Cadonizer is not liable for harm caused by reliance on AI-generated answers.

8. User Content (Community)

Users may publish images, videos, notes, comments, and links.

By posting content, you confirm that:

you hold all necessary rights
the content does not violate copyrights
no illegal, harmful, or adult content is included
you do not post private data of other individuals
no violence, hate, or harassment is included

Cadonizer may remove any content at any time.

8.1 License You Grant to Cadonizer

You grant Cadonizer a:

non-exclusive
worldwide
royalty-free
revocable
transferable

license to use your posted content to:

operate the platform
display content to other users
showcase creativity in anonymized marketing examples (e.g., "Our community is creative" without identifying information)

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Cadonizer to:

❌ upload illegal or copyrighted materials ❌ post adult (+18) content ❌ impersonate others ❌ spam, scam, or conduct fraud ❌ engage in harassment or hate speech ❌ manipulate platform metrics ❌ use bots or automation tools without permission ❌ attempt to hack or damage the system

Violations may lead to immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All Cadonizer designs, logos, software, and materials are protected by copyright.

You may not:

copy
modify
distribute
decompile
sublicense
commercially exploit

any part of Cadonizer without permission.

User-generated content remains owned by the user, except for the license granted under section 8.1.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

11.1 No Liability for Vendor Services

Cadonizer is not responsible for:

vendor quality
vendor behavior
vendor pricing
vendor delays or cancellations
damages caused by vendor contracts

11.2 No Guarantee of Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

uninterrupted service
error-free functionality
accuracy of user-generated content
data backups
continuous availability of servers

11.3 Limitation of Liability

Cadonizer is only liable under:

intentional misconduct
gross negligence
injury to life, body, or health

All further liability is excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.

12. Account Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Cadonizer may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Terms are violated
illegal content is uploaded
spam or fraud occurs
legal requirements demand it

Content may be removed without notice.

13. Privacy

Cadonizer processes personal data according to the Cadonizer Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Terms

Cadonizer may update these Terms if:

new features are introduced
legal frameworks change
business models evolve

You will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of Cadonizer means acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
